The inaugural student seminar will kick off on Friday, April 6, at 6pm, with a round of “student lightning talks.” Come to see what other grad students work on and to practice giving an elevator pitch on your research. Dinner (and drinks) will start at 6pm, and talks will start about 20 minutes later. This seminar is open to all grad students in S&DS. The only rule is: all attendees must give a three-minute slide presentation on their research.
