S&DS Professor Zongming Ma was recently named an Institute of Mathematical Statistics Fellow for his groundbreaking contributions to modern statistical theory with theory-informed applications in single-cell biology. Professor Ma will be honored at the IMS Presidential Address and Awards Ceremony at the BS/IMS World Congress in Bochum later this August.
